The Valentini group is amazing!! Not only are they super knowledgeable about everything!!! BUT they’re on top of everything. I found my dream home on Zillow while I was in South Carolina. At that time I was working with Alyse. She made this process so extremely simple while I was miles away. We did a walk-through of the house over Marco Polo. The app saves it so you can continuously look at the video and get a feel for the house. I was sold. I put an offer in and it got excepted with the conditions of me liking it in person. Alyse and I were in contact the entire week and she worked so hard to get me my dream house. I really can’t thank the valentini group enough. When I arrived in New York I went straight to the house. We did a walk-through and that’s when I met Alyse in person. I was sold the moment I walked in that house. From there we went in to closing and I cannot explain to you how simple this was!! We closed on October 3rd. I can’t be happier. I highly recommend the Valentini group for any home purchases!!! I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. I also have to say I’ve worked with angelina and Amie and they also went above and beyond for me. Great teamwork, and they are always communicating with you day or night. Communication is a 10/10.
