I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Angelina Valentini, with our new home purchase. Her ability to keep a deal together is nothing like I have experienced. This deal was a tough one: sellers unwillingness to negotiate on price or repairs, closing dates, unwillingness to be contacted while on business trips and, in addition, the sellers agent unwillingness to guide his client towards the sale, take responsibility for getting repair quotes, or simply refusing to talk with Angelina on the telephone! Throughout the entire purchase she was able to keep the deal moving forward. Anytime the sellers’ agent was unable to speak with Angelina she found a way. Anytime the sellers were looking for what seemed like a way out she would not let it happen. Having sold our home and being “transient”, Angelina was always able to keep us at ease. When the home inspection came back with critical findings she was able to quickly obtain repair quotes keeping the deal together. We could have moved on but she knew how much we loved the home. After now settling into our new home I can look back and, as she had stated many times “it will all be worth it”, and she was right.

6 years ago Angelina helped me find my first home. Just recently with a growing family we decided to upgrade and Angelina came through again.
