She gave us best advices and recommendations especially during the highly stressful inspection process. She even contributed such a big help by digging and going deeper researching and looking for those documents from town records that we thought never exists. But folks she did… and.. oh yes,. she found them!!!...saving us from having a nervous breakdown had those important paperworks were never found sale may not go through. She didn’t have to do this but she did... all for the sake of helping her clients.
Super responsive too! She’s like 24/7 never sleeps. I texted her my questions on several occasions say at 11:00 at night, she’ll reply back 5-10 minutes after with an answer. Even doctors don’t do that.
