Amazing, amazing, amazing. Ang helped us find and purchase a weekend place in Sherman, CT. From start to finish, Ang was amazing. From the get-go, she was attentive, quick to respond, insightful, and thoughtful. She knows so much about the area and caught on to what we wanted/needed right away (probably before we did). Once we were ready to put in an offer, her counsel was very valuable. And she made excellent recommendations for inspector, attorney, etc. And although the purchase process was rather difficult (do to seller/seller's agent), she worked tirelessly to make it smooth, even managing and checking in with the mortgage broker and attorneys when necessary. We highly recommend Ang. (And while we did not use her to sell our house, she knows value. Her assessment of what would sell quickly and what would not based on price was spot on. We met Angelina when we reached out on one of her properties that we were interested in on lake candlewood lake. We ended up signing with her as our buying agent and in the end could not be happier.

Her knowledge and guidance of all of the many communities around the lake and the surrounding towns was awesome to steer us in the right direction for what we wanted. In the beginning our strategy was to relocate full time from NYC, and then after trying the commute, changed to a 2nd home plan.
"Ang" was always very responsive, professional, and had a pragmatic way to help you understand the trade offs and choices. My wife & I both have a background in sales and as a business owner, and there is no BS here, and just utmost professionalism. We also had a lot of fun through the process, and it was all the joy that home buying should be for your family.
When it came time to make an offer and the closing process, that is where the true skill came out with both Ang and her well trained network of professionals that can get it done in a fast & efficient manner with project mgmt to drive towards close. From accepted offer to closing date was less than 30 days including banks, inspection, and the usual things in your way to close. (And during the holiday season!)
We did run in to some other agents, and I would say Ang is the #1 agent in the candlewood lake area, and 2 months later here in Feb, 2015, we could not be happier as new fairfield residents. We would recommend Angelina to anybody looking to buy or sell anything in CT. We only wish she could help us on the NYC end now....

Angelina is a true professional. She met with me numerous times and did not push me to get the house on the market until i was absoulutely ready. She gave me advice on staging and small enhancemnets that she felt would make my home marketable. She suggested a price range that was appropriate for the market, but I had the final say on listing price. The end result was i had an offer within 2 days of the house going on the market. She is honest, trustworthy and reliable. I highly suggest anyone looking to sell their property contact her!
