We have used Angelina Valentini as our buying realtor for multiple properties. On candlewood Lake, her direction (as we were new to the area) helped us to find our dream vacation lake house on the western side of the lake in new fairfield (Skip the holiday / weekend traffic of Brookfield).

Angelina is not a high pressure sales person by any means, but does know how to project manage the process and fight to get the deal done clearing out any hurdles in the way from offer through close. Her negotiation style is transparent and pragmatic, and ultimately lays out the variables for you to make your own decision whether representing buyer or seller.

The other thing I would say is different about Angelina than any other realtor I have ever worked with (About 7 now) is the team approach and referrals of trusted partnerships / vendors. Through the transaction process, lawyer, inspector, mortgage banker, and anything else needed, she has speed dial to other trusted resources that know how to get the job done. If anything slows down, she also jumps in to help clear out any delay int he process. As a business owner and sales person myself, time kills deals. I would be willing to bet that Angelina has the fastest conversion / turn over rate form offer to close in the market.

After close, we were provided referrals for plumbers, electricians, handymen, landscapers, and even house care taker. As this is 2nd / vacation home for us, these referrals were invaluable to us and all referrals were trustworthy, do great work, and reasonable pricing.

After such a good experience in candlewood Lake, we were quite happy to use Ang for an investment property in Greenwich, CT. The broker firm was different, the city was 45 mins away, but the experience was the same with Ang & team.

She has also since helped my mother in law find & close on a house, and also helping other friends from queens look in the area as well.

We owned a beautiful home in Danbury, CT. We went to the same agent that sold us the house 10 years prior to sell it this time. It sat on the market for 6 months without one bid. We had invested $40K in improvements, it was staged, there were no flaws. We had 60 showings but no bids. We kept hearing the people loved it but it was too big. After 6 months we left that realtor and went with Angelina. She is all that you can hope for. She knew the market and knew why we had not sold. In 8 days, we had 2 showings and 2 bids! And, it was no longer staged plus it was January, 2018! This is the realtor for you. No nonsense, straight forward and get the job done. Slam dunk.
